UK Delivery

UK deliveries are free of charge.
Orders are sent using a signed for service, and will require a signature on arrival.

International Delivery

International delivery for silver orders starts from £15.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail ‘International Tracked and Signed’ or DHL.
Estimated delivery times cannot be guaranteed. You will be able to track your order via your dispatch email.

If you would like to use a different courier service for international delivery to ensure faster delivery please get in touch prior to ordering so I can provide a quote.

Payment of any import duties, tariffs and customs charges is the responsibility of the customer.

EUROPEAN UNION: Unfortunately I am still not shipping to the EU, Northern Ireland and Norway. I am hoping to be able to resume this in 2026 and be able to fully comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) documentation required.

If you urgently require a piece for a special occasion, this can often be accommodated.

Returns

If you are in any way unhappy with your order, I am happy to exchange or refund your purchase. Please email rhona@rhonamccallum.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

Bespoke and personalised orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Unfortunately I cannot offer free returns by post so the cost of postage must be covered by the customer.
Items must be sent using a tracked or signed for service.
