Open Studios 17th-20th September

I’ve been so lucky to have been working at the Briggait for nearly 13 years (!!!) now. As part of Glasgow’s Doors Open Day festival this year Wasps Artists’ Studios are combining our open studio event with the festival, allowing everyone the chance to see into our studios and see what goes on in the beautiful Briggait building day to day.

For those interested in the architecture of the building there are several guided tours organised that can be booked through the Doors Open Day website here.

I’ll be in my studio the whole time (minus post office trips!) so if you’ve been interested in booking an appointment or just fancy seeing where I make my work, feel free to come by at any time between 10am and 4pm Thursday to Sunday for a chat. I’ll have my selection of wedding rings out on show as well as few older statement pieces and fun bits.

There are loads of wonderful artists and makers who work at the Briggait, so it’s a great chance to see what everyone has been making!
